Highland Hills Assisted Living is seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our dining services team as Waitstaff. This role supports residents by serving meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, with a rotating shift schedule and part-time hours.

Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, assisting residents with meal choices, maintaining cleanliness, coordinating with kitchen staff, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Formación

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare dining setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Meal Service: Set up dining areas, serve meals and beverages, and ensure residents receive their food promptly.
• Resident Interaction: Engage with residents in a friendly manner, addressing their dietary preferences and special requests with care and professionalism.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for residents.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures and personal hygiene standards.
