Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is currently hiring motivated restaurant team members to join our Embassy Suites Boston/Waltham location. We offer a sign-on bonus of $100, followed by an additional $250 after 90 days of employment, with a goal of delivering an exceptional dining experience.

The Restaurant Server welcomes guests, provides friendly, efficient service, and helps ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other restaurant duties as needed.
