Park Visalia, a premier assisted living and memory care community in Visalia, is seeking a part-time dining associate. You will take and serve meal orders, set up dining areas, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, courteous service for residents.

The role requires physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, with shifts 7am-3:30pm or 11:30am-7pm across Mon-Sun. Competitive pay ranges with opportunities for growth are offered.

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• Scheduled Shift 7am-3:30pm OR 11:30am-7pm must be open for each shift any day Monday - Sunday

Rate of Pay:

• $16.75 - $17.25 Depending on experience

Job Duties Include:

• Take and serve meal orders from residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging tables and ensuring cleanliness and organization before and after meals.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend frequently, lift up to 50 pounds and push up to 50 pounds. Also must have the ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands and fingers, handle/feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
• Possess adequate physical stamina to move freely about the Community and assist residents where needed, including in emergency situations.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal service.
• Ensure all serving areas are stocked with necessary supplies,
• Be adaptable and open to cross-training in various roles within the dining and kitchen areas.
• Withstand heat from cooking area and cold from below-zero freezer
