Position Summary

The Food Truck Attendant provides friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to members and guestsutilizingthe club's on-property food truck during golf play and clubhouse visits. This positionis responsible forfood and beverage service,operatingthe point-of-sale system,maintainingcleanliness and food safety standards,and ensuring a positive and professional experience consistent with the expectations of a private club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
• Prepare and serve menu itemsin accordance withclub recipes and presentation standards.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in compliance with state and club regulations.
• Verify identification andensureall alcohol service laws are strictly followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, service windows, and surroundingarea.
• Restock inventory, supplies, and beverages as needed throughout service.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Assistwith opening and closing duties, includingcleaningand securing equipment.
• Provide quick, efficient service to accommodate golfers during play.
