Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking energetic servers to guide guests through food, wine, and the Wine Club with warmth and care. You will use the POS, upsell, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

We offer $9.00 per hour plus tips, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, 401k match, and ongoing wine education. Candidates should be at least 21 and able to stand long hours, with flexible weekend availability.

• Must be at least 21 years old with six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.

Compensation: $9.00 / hour + tips

What You Will Bring

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program
• A passion for hospitality and working as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work on your feet up to 10 hours
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
