Corky's Kitchen and Bakery in Upland, CA is hiring for a part-time Server. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining clean dining areas and stations. The role emphasizes accurate order processing and friendly customer service.

Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred), cash handling, and basic math are key. Upselling opportunities and varied shifts are available, with in-person work only.

Responsibilities

Server

• Greet guests promptly while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process customer orders efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Up-sale menu and special items

Qualifications

• Proficient in POS systems, including Toast.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills
• Experience in food service and quick service restaurant environments
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items
• Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales transactions
• Background in food preparation and kitchen experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour + High tip earning potential

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
