HuHot Mongolian Grill in Bismarck, ND is seeking an experienced server to thrive in a fast-paced, interactive dining concept where your hustle directly impacts earnings. If you can run a section, deliver top-tier hospitality, and perform during peak rushes, this is the spot to make great money.

Shifts available: Nights, 5pm - 10:30pm, weekends required. Full-Time & Part-Time positions with benefits for eligible team members and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Section: deliver fast, attentive hospitality to create unforgettable experiences.
• Guide the Experience: walk guests through interactive food line and suggest options.
• Drive Fast Table Turnover: keep drinks topped, tables pre-bussed, payments processed quickly.
• Be a Team Player: coordinate with servers and grill operators during rushes.

What You'll Do:

• Own Your Section: Deliver fast, attentive, and genuine hospitality to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Guide the Experience: Walk guests through our interactive food line, recommend signature sauces, and pair meal options.
• Drive Fast Table Turnover: Keep drinks full, tables pre-bushed, and payments processed quickly to maximize guest satisfaction and tip volume.
• Be a Team Player: Partner with fellow servers and grill operators to keep the floor running seamlessly during peak hours.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous serving or restaurant hospitality experience preferred (if you can handle a busy rush, you'll excel here!).
• Mindset: Outgoing, reliable, positive, and passionate about giving great customer service.
• Skills: Strong communication, cash-handling precision, and the stamina to stay active on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
