Job summary

PSL is seeking a part-time Server to support residents in a senior living community. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with the role focusing on food service and resident interaction.

The position offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and comprehensive benefits for full-time or part-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, PTO, and various discounts. PSL also provides mentorship and CEU reimbursement programs to employees.

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
