Job summary

Stowe Mountain Resort is hiring a Server for Summer Seasonal 2026 in Stowe, VT. You will join the Food & Beverage team and deliver memorable guest experiences through friendly service and knowledge of the menu.

Starting wage ranges from $9.30 to $10.81 per hour, with tipped roles earning a guaranteed minimum (including tips). This position offers full or part-time hours with housing availability and opportunities for growth within a premier mountain resort.

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-worker
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$9.30/hr - $10.81/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
