First Watch in Town of Brookfield, WI is seeking friendly servers to deliver an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. You will master our Five Steps of Service and balance tableside responsibilities with genuine hospitality.

You thrive as a multitasker, share menu knowledge, and support teammates to ensure fast, high-quality service. The role emphasizes teamwork, kindness, and a welcoming dining experience.
