Job summary

First Watch in Mesa, AZ is seeking friendly servers who love delivering an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. You’ll apply our YOU FIRST culture by putting people first, while working without night shifts to support a balanced lifestyle.

You’ll become a menu expert, multitask across tables, and help teammates deliver a fast, warm, and safe dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more of our chef-curated offerings.
