Job summary

First Watch in Hillside, NJ is seeking servers who excel in breakfast, brunch and lunch service with a sunny, guest-first attitude. You will master our service steps, juggle tables and menus, and help provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and friendly service, with no night shifts, flexible dining hours, and robust employee perks including health insurance, 401(k), meal discounts, and growth opportunities.
