Culinary Khancepts, Houston-based hospitality group, seeks a State Fare Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Earn up to $32.00 per hour based on performance and tips, while guiding guests through the menu with recommendations and warmth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Able to multi-task.
• Stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Must enjoy and succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on all menu items, daily features, and updates.
• Present menus, make suggestions, assist with drink selections, and describe prep methods.
• Maintain a polished dining experience—serving courses, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs.
• Open and pour wine tableside.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of service areas.
• Support team during events and high-volume shifts.
• Greet guests warmly and sincerely.
• Communicate menu items, ingredients, and allergy information effectively.
• Commit to high standards of guest service and food safety.
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
