Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages is seeking a Server to join our senior living community. The role starts at $14.00 per hour and is non-tipped; actual pay may vary by skills and experience.

You will help provide friendly dining service to residents, set tables, take orders, and maintain a clean, inviting dining room while upholding hospitality standards. Prior food service experience and working with seniors are preferred.

The hourly rate for a Server starts at$14.00/hr. Please note that this is a non-tipped position. **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.

Duties

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
