Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a friendly and professional Server to provide attentive service in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and at events. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery while upholding the club’s standards.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires excellent communication, teamwork with kitchen and bar, ability to handle a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in high-end golf or country club is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and at events.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of dining areas for daily service or events.
• Communicate member feedback to management as needed.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and at events
• Greetguests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and daily specials
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve meals and beveragesin a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of orders
• Monitor guestneedsthroughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after meals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas, including side stations and server trays
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and beverage service guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Assistwith the setup and breakdown of dining areas for daily service orspecial events
• Communicatememberand guest feedback or concerns to management as needed
• Uphold the standards and service expectations of the club and represent the community with professionalism
• Maintain knowledge of club offerings, including menus, wine lists, and upcoming events
• Handle member problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to F&B leadership for support.
• Assistwith the setup, breakdown and service of all major club functions and events as needed.
• Additionalduties as requested by Bluejack leadership.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.
