Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Tallahassee, FL is seeking friendly, energetic servers to join our team. You will take orders, deliver meals, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and prior serving experience is preferred. You must communicate in English, stay organized, and be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule - ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.

Mansioni

• Serve food and/or beverages, including taking, delivering and clearing items.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials/promotions to raise guest awareness.
• Takes orders and inputs into POS to inform the kitchen of details.
• Deliver orders to guests and confirm accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations and liquor policies regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Maintain a positive team attitude and a proactive selling mindset.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.

• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
• Ability to work with a positive attitude in a team atmosphere.
• Dedication to becoming a "seller" and not an "order taker".
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Understands the importance of practicing safety and sanitation policies at all times.
