Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Gainesville, FL is seeking a part-time server to deliver food and beverages with a focus on guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and ensure accuracy from kitchen to table.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage, including taking, delivering, and clearing items.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS; communicate with kitchen.
• Retrieve orders, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Follow state/federal regulations and liquor policies regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Work with a positive attitude in a team atmosphere.
• Aim to be a seller, not just an order taker.
• Maintain safety and sanitation policies at all times.
