Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is hiring energetic servers to deliver fast-paced, guest-focused service in our sports-bar environment. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, handle payments with a POS, and work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.

• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Practice safe food handling and follow all company food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest ready at all times.
