Buffalo Wild Wings in Los Angeles is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to welcome guests and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will take food and beverage orders, deliver meals promptly, answer questions about the menu, and process payments with the POS.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
