Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in California is seeking friendly Servers to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will welcome guests, take orders, deliver meals, recommend menu items, and ensure guests have everything they need for an exceptional visit.

You will work with bartenders, kitchen staff, and teammates to provide efficient service, handle payments with the POS system, and uphold food safety standards while keeping the dining area guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
