Job summary

Monarch Communities in Summit, NJ, is hiring a part-time Dining Server. Schedule includes Sundays 11a-7p, Mondays 3p-7p, Fridays 3p-7p, and Saturdays 11a-7p. Base pay is $16.25–$17.00 per hour, with non-exempt status.

You will interact with residents and guests, deliver meals with warmth, and manage priorities in a resort-style dining setting. On-site training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining in a community setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
