Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Dining Server in Selbyville, Delaware, for part-time, non-exempt work at an assisted living/resort-style dining setting.

You will engage residents and guests, deliver healthy meals with a warm demeanor, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing work-life needs. Training is provided on site, and prior experience is helpful but not required.
