Senior Solutions Management Group is seeking a dedicated food service team member to provide quick, friendly service of meals to residents and guests. The role emphasizes maintaining sanitary dining areas and adhering to health codes while supporting kitchen operations and tray service.

You will work with staff to ensure timely room service, assist with training, and uphold a positive, professional demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Formación

• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of sanitation and health codes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accept food orders and communicate with kitchen; deliver meals to residents and guests.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding promptly to needs and requests.
• Bus and reset tables; perform end-of-shift duties as directed by management.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhere to health codes, and comply with sanitation policies.
• Assist with training staff and participate in required trainings.

Essential Functions:

• Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner in accordance with Company policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Actively buss tables and reset tables in accordance to Company policies, procedures and Standards.
• Complete assigned side work and checks out with Manager at completion of shift.
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely room service according to our Tray Service/Pick Up related policy.
• Maintain clean and sanitary condition of work areas, china and equipment. Comply with all state and local health codes for food handling. Inspect end of shift duties are completed by staff. Adhere to the personal hygiene policy.
• Attend all required training, in services, and staff meetings. Meet all department training standards through regulatory training and/or other necessary training modules as required.
• Train and/or revisit training with staff.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
• All dietary department personnel should follow safety precautions to prevent accidents in food preparation according to our accident prevention in food preparation and prevention of back injury policy.
• Affect budgets by avoiding waste of products and time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
