Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Stockton, CA is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to provide memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented dining environment. You will welcome guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and handle payments using a POS system.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic pub-style eatery. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications as required by state/local law.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Practice safe food handling and follow all company food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest ready at all times.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
