Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring friendly, energetic Servers to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented dining room. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure they have everything they need for a great visit.

Qualifications include being 18+, ability to work evenings and weekends, and strong communication. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Competitive pay with tips in a lively, growth-focused setting.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Practice safe food handling and follow all company food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest ready at all times.
