Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will engage with guests, take orders, and help explain menu items while maintaining high standards of service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, ready to work evenings and weekends, and able to stand and move throughout shifts. Training and growth opportunities are available in a dynamic, sports-inspired setting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications where required by state or local law.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver meals in a timely manner.
• Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to provide efficient service.
• Practice safe food handling and follow all company food safety standards.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest ready at all times.
