Job summary

Willie's Grill & Ice House in Spring, TX is urgently hiring a highly skilled Server to join a fun, team-oriented Texas Icehouse atmosphere. You will provide friendly, guest-first service, learn the menu thoroughly, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Preferred candidates have 6 months to 2 years of server experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and current Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and basic math ability
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Know the menu thoroughly including wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer questions and make recommendations
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, following all safety and sanitation standards
• Assist fellow team members to create a cooperative and positive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and alcohol service regulations
