First Watch in Smyrna, TN is seeking friendly servers who love delivering an exceptional breakfast, brunch or lunch experience. We offer no night shifts ever and our YOU FIRST culture puts people first every day, empowering you to deliver great service with independence.

You will master our Five Steps of Service, balance tables, menus, and guest needs with genuine friendliness and expert food knowledge, while supporting your teammates in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.
