First Watch in Hendersonville, TN is seeking friendly servers who deliver an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. You will master our Five Steps of Service, juggle tables, and share menu knowledge with guests to ensure memorable visits.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with teammates, and enjoy helping customers while keeping a positive attitude. No night shifts, and you’re eligible for our comprehensive benefits after a probationary period.

You are the ultimate multi-tasker and menu expert who enjoys juggling tableside responsibilities with genuine friendliness and expert food knowledge.
