Rough & Tumble in Seattle is hiring experienced bartender-servers to join their FOH team. Ideal candidates are fun, dependable, and detail-oriented. Rough & Tumble has a rare opportunity to join our FOH team! Now hiring several experienced bartender-servers to join our awesome squad. What you bring

• A happy, extroverted, generous, and welcoming personality that loves hospitality, people, and creating exceptional, authentic experiences for guests.
• Possess a well-honed ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and appreciates a high-volume role that's full of energy and happy patrons.
• Serving experience a must; bartending experience a plus as a signficant portion of our team is cross trained and may work floor or bar.
• Flexible, adjustable, and creative with a great sense of humor while being able to multi-task and manage competing priorities on a busy floor with ease.
• Value self-direction and team-oriented approach.
• Athletes and sports fans strongly encouraged to apply.
• MUST be available for BOTH Saturday and Sunday, as well as weekday evening shifts and approx. 20-30 hours per week over 3-5 shifts. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY A MUST.
• Must be available to train in Ballard and work in both locations.
• Physical stamina to withstand a full shift on your feet in a vary fast paced environment.
• Valid Washington Food Handler's permit and a MAST class 12 certification required.
