Vandelay Companies’ Drake’s Hollywood is seeking an upscale server to deliver polished, personable service in a fast-paced luxury setting. You will guide guests through menu selections, build genuine connections, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presence with a polished, guest-focused approach to hospitality
• Naturally hospitable, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform well under pressure
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Experience in upscale hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, nightlife, or other client-facing environments
• Willingness to complete training and product knowledge certifications
• TABC Certification, as required
• Certified for food and alcohol service as required by state and local agencies

About The Opportunity

A Server at Drake’s Hollywood plays a critical role in creating the high-energy, luxury dining experience our guests have come to expect. We are seeking individuals who bring confidence, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to engage with people. Hospitality experience can come from a variety of backgrounds including upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, private clubs, nightlife, entertainment venues, concierge services, premium retail, wellness, or other elevated guest-facing environments.
Our servers are more than order takers. They are ambassadors of the Drake’s Hollywood experience. They anticipate needs, guide guests through the menu with expertise, create memorable moments throughout the meal, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that makes Drake’s one of the most exciting hospitality experiences in the market.

• Willingness to complete training and product knowledge certifications
• TABC Certification, as required
• Certified for food and alcohol service as required by state and local agencies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
