Èlephante – Santa Monica, CA is hiring experienced Servers to join our rooftop restaurant team. The role offers $17.81 per hour + tips and requires confident, polished professionals who thrive in a high-energy setting.

We are seeking team players with at least two years of high-volume serving experience, strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, and the ability to guide guests through the menu while maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving experience.
• Upscale or hospitality-driven restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
• Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and daily specials.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations.
• Process payments accurately and follow all responsible alcohol service standards.

Èlephante is hiring experienced Servers to join our team at our iconic Santa Monica rooftop restaurant.

Èlephante is known for its high-energy atmosphere, coastal Italian cuisine, and one of the busiest dining rooms on the Westside. Our team delivers exceptional hospitality while executing at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for servers who are confident, polished, and thrive in high-volume restaurants while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For
