Qualifications

• Previous host experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests to their tables as directed by the maître d’
• Manage reservations and accommodate walk-in guests
• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area
• Ensure menus are properly stocked, organized, and up to date
• Assist in coat check services (where applicable)
• Work closely with the maître d’, servers, and management to optimize seating and flow of service
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of the front desk area
• Attend pre-service meetings and participate in training sessions
• Adhere to all company appearance, health, and sanitation standards
• Uphold a team-oriented attitude, assisting fellow staff as needed

About The Role
