In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing outstanding service and hospitality to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation & Cleanliness: Ensure your assigned station is clean and properly set up before the restaurant opens, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Equipment Readiness: Keep all necessary tools on hand, including trays, pens, cloths, and corkscrews, to facilitate smooth service.
• Menu Familiarity: Stay updated on daily specials, soups, beverages, and discontinued items to provide accurate information to guests.
• Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and create a friendly dining experience from the moment they arrive.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring attention to detail in every request.
• Service Excellence: Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and be prepared to answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
• Presentation: Serve food and beverages with an emphasis on presentation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Regularly check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
• Payment Processing: Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Physical Demands: Be prepared to stay on your feet and navigate a busy environment, including walking, standing, and moving over various surfaces.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by management to ensure efficient restaurant operations .

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment while maintaining composure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as our restaurant operates seven days a week.
• Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale equipment.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English to facilitate effective communication with staff and guests.
