Hourly Rate $19.00
Summary: Coordinates communication between servers and kitchen to ensure proper timing in service. Brings meals to servers or serves meals to patrons. Also does specific "side duties" as assigned by his or her supervisor.
The Server will enhance the guest's experience by insuring that their needs are served in timely manner. The runner will enable the servers to focus on other guest needs and will assist kitchen employees by preventing the food line from becoming overloaded or backed up.

Must obtain and maintain a current San Diego County Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.

Employees in this position interact daily with managers, supervisors, service and kitchen personnel, and customers. Employees may also interact regularly with other department personnel.
This company operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Shifts will generally be rotated, as much as possible to be fair to everyone. At times it may be necessary to move you from your accustomed shift if business or task assignments demand. In addition, it should be understood that business needs determine the number of hours that you work.
