Job summary

Uni Giessen in San Antonio, TX is seeking friendly servers to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. This role offers a variable base pay by location plus tips, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

You will guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and drinks, take accurate orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver memorable experiences. Maintain a clean, sanitized dining area, assist teammates during peak hours, and provide consistently warm

Qualifications

For this position pay will be variable by location plus tips.

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide guestswith a fresh dining experience that celebrates living well by:

Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest anddelivering an exceptional dining experience by

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food,beverages and ingredients
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beveragesthat meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of andbuilds their intent to return
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
