Job summary

Uni Giessen is seeking a friendly and energetic server to join a fast-paced, guest-centered dining team at Lauderdale Courts, TN. You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders and collaborate with a busy kitchen and service staff to deliver a fresh dining experience with hospitality at its core.

This role emphasizes genuine guest rapport, attention to detail, and a willingness to support a clean, safe dining environment.

• Guiding guests through menus with knowledge of food, beverages and ingredients
• Taking accurate orders and coordinating with the team to serve foods and drinks
• Providing friendly, attentive service to encourage guest return
• Assisting in tasks to keep the restaurant clean, sanitized and safe

Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest anddelivering an exceptional dining experience by

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food,beverages and ingredients
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beveragesthat meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of andbuilds their intent to return
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
