Job description

Our SERVERS are responsible for educating our guests on the ordering process and our food and drink offerings. As a server, you are expected to run food & drinks, pre-bus and reset tables and attend to guests in need of attention. You are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and working collaboratively with your team members. BASICS

• Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
• Get to know our menu items from the inside out
• Connect with guests at each table and anticipate their needs
• Be well verse in our menu to make suggestions to the customers on food and drinks to help with the guest experience.
• Provide exceptional hospitality
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
• Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking beautiful.

PRE-REQs

• 18 years of age or older
• Passion for food and people

• Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
