Our SERVERS are responsible for educating our guests on the ordering process, and food and drink menus, while offering a fun and friendly guest experience. As a server, you are expected to be able to bounce around effortlessly from guest interaction, maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, and help other team members. THE BASICS

• Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
• Get to know our menu items from the inside out
• Connect with guests at each table and anticipate their needs
• Be well versed in our menu to make suggestions to the customers on food and drinks to help with the guest experience.
• Provide exceptional hospitality
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
• Perform additional opening / closing / mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking beautiful.

PRE-REQs
