Job summary

Bar Louie in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Busser to help keep our Gastrobar inviting and clean. You’ll maintain sanitized tables, support servers, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience with friendly, professional service.

Great for those starting in hospitality; on-the-job training provided, with opportunities for growth within Bar Louie. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred: hospitality or customer service experience, and willingness to obtain food handlers & Alcohol certification within 14 days of hire.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
