Job summary

Tazza Kitchen in Richmond, VA is hiring part-time and full-time servers to expand our Front of House team. We are looking for energetic, food loving, and craft beverage appreciating folks who embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork.

Servers undergo a training program to become knowledgeable about our food and beverage menus, ingredients, sourcing, and wood-fired cooking techniques to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. The hourly rates plus tips average $18-$28/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in English.
• Energetic, food loving, and craft beverage minded.
• Able to work in a busy dining room and provide great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve orders and deliver to tables.
• Provide knowledge on food and beverages and wood-fired cooking techniques.
• Work as part of the Front of House team to ensure excellent dining experiences.

If you enjoy teamwork, have an eagerness to learn about food and beverage, have the ability to stay positive and upbeat during a busy shift, and have a desire to make people happy, we need you on our team. Must be 18 to apply. Must be proficient in English.

Hourly rates plus tips average $18-$28/hour.
