Drive Shack in Richmond, VA is seeking a friendly, attentive Server to elevate the guest experience in a fast-paced, entertaining venue.

You will greet guests, take orders, and provide expert knowledge of our menu and gaming options, while maintaining hospitality standards and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts apply; must be 21+, with prior serving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year serving experience in upscale or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and hospitality-focused interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Job Purpose

The Server plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests by providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service. This position is responsible for greeting guests, taking and delivering orders accurately, making personalized recommendations, and maintaining an understanding of all food, beverage, and gaming options within the venue.
Servers are expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor, actively contribute to the overall guest experience, and uphold Drive Shack’s standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced, guest-facing environment with continuous interaction and movement
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods, including carrying trays and navigating stairs
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting conditions depending on venue area
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required to support business operations
