Qualifications

• Familiarity with restaurant service standards, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Purpose

The Server plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests by providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service. This position is responsible for greeting guests, taking and delivering orders accurately, making personalized recommendations, and maintaining an understanding of all food, beverage, and gaming options within the venue. Servers are expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor, actively contribute to the overall guest experience, and uphold Drive Shack’s standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced, guest-facing environment with continuous interaction and movement
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods, including carrying trays and navigating stairs
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting conditions depending on venue area
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required to support business operations
