Job summary

Messina Hof Wine Cellars, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Harvest Green Server part-time to take food and drink orders, enter them into the POS, and provide attentive hospitality in a fast-paced environment with staff across departments.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in hospitality, be able to communicate clearly, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and hold a TABC and Food Handler's certificate. A passion for wine and guest relations is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Able to use a personal computer for register transactions.
• Good written and oral communication; strong hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into the Point-of-Sale System and ensure accuracy.
• Engage with customers, promote events and wine club memberships as applicable.
