Responsibilities

• Provide gracious, efficient, and knowledgeable service throughout each shift.

• Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain table standards, including proper settings, clearing, and resetting.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and station organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support banquet or event service as needed.
• Follow all club service standards, steps of service, and grooming guidelines.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.

A La Carte Server - Full Time

Compensation: $16.90-$18.00/hour + service charge

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Restaurant Manager, Assistant Managers, and F&B Director

Position Overview

The A La Carte Server delivers warm, attentive, and professional service to members and guests in all dining areas of the club. This role requires a polished presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the high standards expected in a private country club environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, enjoys building rapport with members, and consistently contributes to a refined dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies
• Handle member concerns with professionalism and communicate issues to management promptly
