Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, is seeking entry-level servers for dinner service from 3:45pm to 7:30/8pm, three shifts per week including one weekend shift. No late nights and flexible after-school hours.

Responsibilities include learning menu items, engaging residents, accurately taking orders, and delivering a consistently excellent dining experience. Training is provided; scholarships and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Be 16+ years old.
• No experience required.
• Have good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Have a friendly and energetic attitude.
• Have weekday and weekend availability.

• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.

To work dinner service in our independent living restaurants from 3:45pm to 7:30/8pm, 3 shifts per week, including one weekend shift.
