Job summary

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Orlando is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver products in line with brand standards. You will support daily store operations and help create a welcoming, clean environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and proactive service. You will learn Limited Time Offers, promotions, catering details, and the Rewards Program, while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quick service, fast casual, retail, hospitality, or other customer service roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve with a smile.
• Deliver exceptional 5-Star Guest Service at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, refraining from gossip.
• Answer guest questions accurately and politely.
• Support team members when needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare, serve, and maintain all products according to brand standards for quality, consistency, and food safety.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including Limited Time Offers, promotions, catering orders, and Rewards Program details.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the store.
• Stock and rotate inventory to ensure efficiency and availability.

• Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately.
• Support sales goals by promoting add-ons, specials, and promotions.

Summary

A Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Server represents the face of Jeremiah’s and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily store operations. Servers focus on providing friendly, efficient service, preparing and serving products to brand standards, and contributing to a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Servers do not have formal leadership responsibilities but are expected to work collaboratively with team members and follow guidance from the Store Manager or Lead Server.

Physical Demands
