Boulder View Tavern in Lake Harmony, PA is seeking a Server to join a fast-paced, hospitality-focused team within Troon’s global portfolio. You will deliver attentive service, learn the F&B menu, and help ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of food service experience, a High School Diploma, and the ability to work in a lively environment while upholding safety and liquor laws. Teamwork, reliability, and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

• Serve beverages and meals accurately and timely
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies, including ID verification
• Check back for guest satisfaction and restock as needed
• Suggest desserts and coffees as applicable
• Process payments following SOPs
• Keep dining areas clean and organized
• Perform closing procedures as assigned
• Other duties as needed by supervisor or manager

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1+ years of food service experience

Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma

A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining

Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law

Must be dependable

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to work in a team environment

• Must be able be able to handle complaints or mistakes in a calm manner

Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Provide prompt and efficient customer service

Display knowledge of the F&B menu

• Handle multiple tables at once

Takes guests food and/or drink orders and turns into kitchen, bar, etc.

Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner

Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests

Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested

Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary

Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures

Keeps tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized

Performs clean‑up and closing procedures as assigned by manager

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
