Commonwealth Hotels seeks a Hotel Restaurant Server for Embassy Suites Akron Canton Airport, North Canton, OH. You will deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, event-driven setting, including conferences, weddings and special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to seating.
• Take drink and food orders for à la carte service.
• Answer questions about the menu and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and ensure guests have what they need.
• Set up and maintain breakfast buffet or table service area.
• Refill food, beverages and condiments as needed.
• Deliver hot or special orders efficiently.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Keep tables, counters, and buffet area clean and stocked.
• Clear used dishes and reset tables quickly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and hotel staff for smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Break down and clean breakfast area after service ends.
• Store leftovers properly or dispose of waste as required.
