Job summary

Quarterdeck Resort on Gull Lake in Minnesota is hiring servers to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team. You’ll handle patio, pool, and dinner shifts, delivering friendly service and helping guests create memorable lake days.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay plus tips, and a supportive, team-first culture. Prior serving experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person to thrive in a busy resort environment.

Quarterdeck Resort is hiring Servers to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team right on Gull Lake. From busy patio or pool shifts to sunset dinners, you'll be at the center of the action - creating great experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
